Q: Who will design / Install my kitchen ? 

Every project is designed & where possible installed by our

Designer/ Projects Director Scott Marks. Pulling in help from our local pool of trusted specialists, we can manage anything from a simple kitchen installation to volume on major housing developments across the North East of England.

​Q: How much does a new kitchen cost ?

We recommend conservative North East homeowners spend 10% of the value of their property on a HAUSKOLLEKTIV kitchen living space remodel. This figure ensures the design, quality of materials and functionality can not only be enjoyed in the present but also substantiate proportional increases in the property valuation.

Q: How long does a kitchen remodel project take?

Most projects take 6–10 weeks from initial design to final installation. We plan meticulously to minimise disruption, keeping your home functional and your schedule front of mind throughout.

Q: Do you have a showroom?

We don't believe showroom overheads should be built into your kitchen price, instead of a full-time retail space, we offer visits to our manufacturers experience centre in Hexham where you can explore materials, finishes and fittings firsthand.

Q: What locations do you supply kitchen remodel services to?

We serve homes across the North East of England, including County Durham, County Cleveland and North Yorkshire. We're also happy to consider projects outside these areas, just ask!

Q: We have our own experienced kitchen fitter, do you do supply only German kitchen cabinetry?

Absolutely. While we recommend hiring us for installation, we understand every project is unique. That's why we tailor our services around your individual needs.
